The East All-Stars were: Alberto Anguiano, Mike Menchaca and Dither Castro, Weslaco High; Matthew Casarez, Nathaniel De Leon and Mike Rios, Edcouch-Elsa; Janet De La Cerda, Mercedes; Myra Cepeda, Brownsville Lopez; and Anthony Milligan, Harlingen South.
